What information do we collect?
When you subscribe to out newsletter, you consent to us collecting certain information from you. When placing an order, signing up for our services or registering on our site, you will obviously be asked to enter your name, e-mail address or phone number, as appropriate. However, you can also visit and view our site anonymously, as is always your right, and in this case we will never require you to provide any information until you desire to do so.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

To send periodic emails: the email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order. However, we promise not to bombard you with useless emails that clog up your inbox.
Of course, if you get tired of reading about our amazing updates, or should otherwise decide at any time that you wish to no longer be a part of our email list and no longer receive future emails from us, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
How do we protect your information?
Security is paramount to uluad and we take your privacy incredibly seriously, which is why we make sure to implement a variety of high-tech security measures, including a dedicated secure server, to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your account.
Any sensitive personal data or credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers’ database, which is only accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems. When your information is sent on to the secure payment providers during you transaction, it is not actually sent or viewable by anyone at uluad, meaning we can easily promise to never store your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) on our private servers as we’ll never actually have access to it.
Uluad never, absolutely ever uses any form of cookies and will never place any information on your computer or in your browser. We believe the value of our services speak for themselves and we don’t feel the need to track, target or otherwise bother you with cookies, ads or any other similar information or services.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
Uluad will never sell, trade, or otherwise transfer any of your personally identifiable information to any outside parties. However, in some instances, we must send it on to a few trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you. We take the time to thoroughly check and verify all of our partners to ensure your information is safe. In fact, we require any and all such third parties to sign a confidentially agreement to always keep your information confidential and never pass it along to any other company, individual or any other entity known to man.
The only exception is that we may release your information when it is deemed necessary or appropriate in order to comply with necessary laws, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
The one exception to this rule involves non-personally identifiable visitor information, which may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses, but you are still safe as this information can never be traced back to you in any way, shape or form.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
Uluad believes the children are our future and it is always necessary to ensure they are fully protected online. As such, we are always in total compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), meaning we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older and you must be above that age in order to sign up or use them.
